Goldman Sachs: Russian oil output can rise in 2016–2017

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- The oil and gas condensate output in Russia can increase to 11.2 million barrels daily in 2016 and to 11.4 million barrels in 2017 from 11.1 million barrels in 2015, Goldman Sachs said in a statement on Friday.

The financial market stabilization, a flexible rate of the national currency and the tax rate and relatively low costs will encourage higher production despite low oil prices, the bank said.
